Request account deletion

Use this form to ask for your AI-DMS account and the personal data tied to it to be deleted. You can also email the administrator directly (info@cybertech.com.vn).

What happens

• Deleted: your sign-in account, personal profile, personal settings and device push tokens.
• May be retained: documents and tasks that belong to the organization and audit logs, as records law requires; personal details inside them may be anonymized.
• Timeline: up to 30 days after your identity is verified. Deletion cannot be undone.
